For me, this quote from your post says it all: "I tell my story because there comes a point in your life when to feel whole, you need to stand confidently behind your story and say, “This is who I am, and this is my story.”

This is great Imola. Thank you for writing and posting and sharing. Enjoyed losing myself for a few minutes reading that. I really liked, 'Moving forward doesn’t mean sweeping uncomfortable truths under the carpet'. You, me and Juliet, my wife [who has a handwritten copy of the Serenity Prayer pinned to our fridge, so she can remind herself of it each morning] are all on the same wonderful page here Imola 🙏

Thank you Imola! Yes, she is. I love Juliet so much. We have been through so much together, but we always come through and have a great life. If you head over to my Substack home page, look top-right and you'll see her wearing a snug beanie: https://glennmbryant.substack.com/
